Designing a connected learning experience for students, teachers, and administrators

Educore brings everyday academic work into one platform. We designed role-specific experiences that make it easier to manage subjects, tests, homework, class progress, and school operations.

About the project

Educore is an education platform built around three distinct roles. Students need a clear view of what to learn and submit. Teachers need practical tools to manage classes and review work. Administrators need control over users, classes, and access.

Our work brought these journeys together through a consistent interface, while giving each role the tools and information relevant to them.

Challenge

Educore needed to support students, teachers, and administrators in one platform, although each group handles different tasks. The design challenge was to make tests, homework, class management, and user access easy to navigate while keeping the three panels visually consistent.

Our process

We organised the experience around each role's core tasks, then designed the key screens and flows for the Student, Teacher, and Admin panels. Shared navigation patterns, components, and status labels helped the platform feel connected, while each panel remained focused on the work its users need to do.

UX/UI Design

Educore's interface was designed around three roles: students, teachers, and administrators. Each needs different tools, but all three panels share a consistent navigation and visual system. We organised complex tasks into clear flows so users can find information and take action with less effort.

  • We mapped the key tasks for each role and gave every panel its own focused navigation. Students see learning tasks, teachers see class and marking tools, and administrators see user and class controls.

Prototyping

Educore's key journeys span three user roles. We connected the screens into task-based flows so the design could show how students, teachers, and administrators move from one action to the next—not just how individual pages look.

  • From opening a subject to starting a test, handing in homework, and viewing a submission, this flow shows how students keep track of their work.

Results

  • Designed connected Student, Teacher, and Admin panels within one visual system.
  • Gave students clear paths to subjects, tests, homework submissions, files, and analytics.
  • Brought class viewing, roster enrolment, homework review, and marking into the teacher workflow.
  • Organised user, access, and class management into focused admin screens.

Our approach

Educore brings students, teachers, and administrators into one platform. We designed each panel around the tasks its users need to complete, while keeping navigation and visual patterns consistent across the experience.
