You should know the starting price before you book a call. Here it is. Your exact quote depends on your business, and it arrives in writing after a 30 minute call.
The two starting points
AI projects start at $1,500.
Websites, apps, software and brands start at $3,500.
Why two numbers: an AI assistant is a smaller, faster build. A website or app needs a senior designer and developer for weeks. Below these numbers we cannot do the job properly, and we would rather tell you now than three emails from now.

Bigger projects
Bigger projects are scoped after a call and quoted in writing. Typical ranges:
Product design

First versions of a product (MVPs)
$22,000 to $60,000
Over 10 to 16 weeks.
Care plans
Care plans are month to month, except the dedicated team. Cancel with 30 days notice. Unused hours do not roll over.
Website care
$200 a month
Updates, backups, security patches, uptime checks and up to 2 hours of small changes a month.
App care
$500 a month
OS updates, store compliance, crash fixes and up to 4 hours of changes a month.
Design and development hours
$1,200 for 20 hours
A fixed block of hours each month, used for whatever you need.
Dedicated team
$3,000 to $7,000 a month
A designer and developer working on your product. 3 month minimum.
Hosting setup, analytics, SEO, QA and IT setup are quoted as part of a project or on their own after a short call.
What affects the price
- Channels. WhatsApp only, or WhatsApp plus website chat.
- Topics. How many things the assistant must know and answer.
- Connections. Whether it must book into your calendar, take payments or update your customer list.
- Languages and volume. More languages and more chats mean more setup and care.
- For websites and apps: scope, complexity, custom design depth, platforms and timeline. A rush project carries a 25% fee, stated up front.
What you pay others
So nothing surprises you: WhatsApp message fees, AI usage fees, and any software subscription your setup needs. These are billed to your own accounts at cost. We estimate them on the call and show exact figures before launch.
How we bill
- AI setup: 50% to start, 50% at launch.
- Monthly care and plans: billed monthly in advance. Care is month to month. The AI operations plan has a 3 month minimum. Cancel with 30 days notice.
- Design and development: milestones, usually 30% to start, 30% at design approval, 30% at build complete, 10% at launch.
- Branding: one fixed cost, agreed before we start and split evenly.
- Apps and software follow the design and development milestones.
Why we cost less than a US agency
Our team is in India. The same seniority costs a fraction of what it does in New York or London, and we pass that on. We do not cut the process to hit a number. If a project needs research, it gets research.
