It only answers from the information you approve. Outside that, it says it will get a person and passes the chat to you. Before launch we test it with at least 50 tricky questions.

Our monthly fee covers care and improvements. WhatsApp message fees and AI usage fees go to those providers at cost. We estimate them on the call and show the exact figures before launch.
We set it up in your own accounts, so you own the data. We only use AI services whose written terms say your customers' messages are not used to train their models. How we handle data is set out on our data page, and the providers for your project are named in your written agreement.
A free tool gives you an empty box. We fill it with your real information, connect it to your calendar and customer list, test it, and keep improving it.
AI assistants start at $1,500 to set up. Websites, apps, software and brands start at $3,500.
